Look below to see a couple of battery practise amps!

Blackstar Fly 3 £60 to £80

The Blackstar Fly 3 is my home practise amp of choice, featuring a tiny 3” speaker that packs a punch, a clean/distortion channel and a built in delay. The tone is a little bit ‘boxy’ but for the money and size you’ll struggle to find better. It also features a headphone output and aux in for playing along with tracks. It’s also worth upgrading to the bluetooth edition to make loading up tracks a bit easier. Blackstar also made a matching extension cab to make the amp a little bit louder. I also use mine every day, but only change the batteries about once a year!

Roland Street Cube

The Roland Street Cube, features all the great features of the Roland Cube series but has the option to run off batteries, these undeniably sound brilliant, but can have issues where they run through batteries quickly.
